안녕하십니까. SPE-KASEG 회장 이창동입니다.
KASEG (Korean-American Scientists and Engineers Group)은 미국 플라스틱 기술자 협회 (SPE: Society of Plastics Engineers)의 연례 학술대회 (ANTEC: Annual Technological Conference) 참석하는 한국 출신 과학자와 기술자들의 인적교류와 기술교류를 위한 단체입니다.
30년 역사의 SPE-KASEG 는 . SPE에 정식 등록된 최초의 Ethnic Group이며(1999) 한국에서 활동하고 있는 SPE Korea section (Regional group)과 함께 한국의 위상을 SPE에 알리는데 큰 역할을 하고 있습니다.
인적교류, 기술교류, 학생 리쿠르트, 우수 학생 논문선발 시상, 한국 기업체 홍보 등의 활동을 진행하고 있는 저희 그룹은 앞으로도 플라스틱 산업분야의 육성과 인재 양성, 모든 한인 과학자의 교류와 성장이라는 목표를 가지고 열심히 활동하겠습니다.

It is our pleasure to announce the Best Student Paper Award for 2019 ANTEC® to be presented at the SPE-KASEG meeting. The SPE-KASEG would like to encourage all students and postdoctoral fellows participating in the upcoming ANTEC 2019 to submit their papers to the SPE-KASEG for consideration to receive the Best Student Paper Award.
The Best Student Paper will be selected by the Selection Committee, consisting of Past Presidents and senior members of the SPE-KASEG from both academia and industry. Please submit papers according to the following guidelines:

Submission Period: 02/16/2018 to 03/17/2019
